Receta tradicional navideña

Christmas pudding:
Ingredients:

  • 4 spoonfuls of date without seed chop up.
  • 4 spoonfuls of fruits crystallize chop up.
  • 8 spoonfuls of raisin.
  • ½ cup of nuts chops up.
  • 1 spoonful of brandy.
  • 1 spoonful of ron.
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice.
  • 1 grated rind of lemon.
  • 4 spoonfuls of wheat flour.
  • 1 teaspoonful of miscellanous seasoning
  • A bit of SALT
  • 2 cups of bread tin, very good chop up.
  • 2 spoonfuls of butter.
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs beat.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • 3 cups of water
Preparation:
  • Mix the first nine ingredients.
  • Mix the flour with miscellaneous seasoning and salt in one pot. Then mix the tin bread.
  • Beat the butter with sugar in other pot, up to obtain a cream. Add the eggs, and then mix good each miscellaneous. Add necessary milk, for obtain a mix soft.
  • Add the flour and mix of fruits. Whit a spoonful helps, put these mix in a mold for pudding grease, with caution for no overflow the mold. Cover very well with papel greased with butter and aluminium paper.
  • Put in a pressure cooker, and cook these in a fire into 15 minits.
  • Then put the piñon in te pressure cooker, and cook these more than 50 minits. Next put in a dish and the Christmas pudding is prepare for eat.
